Participation and Liability

By registering for this walkathon, you acknowledge and agree that participation is voluntary. We strive to provide a safe environment, but we appreciate your cooperation in looking after yourself and those around you.

Important Details to Keep in Mind

  • Participation is voluntary, and we encourage you to take responsibility for your well-being.
  • Children above 10 yrs can participate and can be accompanied by parents
  • Don’t forget to wear comfortable shoes, stay hydrated, and take any necessary precautions for a fun day out!

Limitation of Liability

The organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the event. This limitation of liability extends to any claims arising from:

  • Natural calamities or disasters
  • Events beyond our control
  • Force major circumstances
  • Any other unforeseen events

Cancellation or Postponement

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants and provide refunds or alternative arrangements as necessary.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
